Is there any words to describe them? There's one. EPIC.

I see Akademi Fantasia "Through My Window"
Well, not all of them were from Akademi Fantasia. What's clever here is the methods being applied throughout the campaign for Everyone Connects. Two different versions of the song, 2 different music videos. There's a remix board too. I'm pretty sure the artists that appears in these videos were well paid to sing & performed, but I think it would be much more fun to have a fan version of the video. Do it yourself kinda thing. The song is already publicly available. All that's left is for the fans out there to start cracking their fingers and work on a video.
Like what Bunkface said from their Facebook page, "This song is not ours, it's everybody's. This song is owned by the public who collaborates to sing this song and believe in what it's promoting. Which is why the public are invited to sing it their way, remix it their way, do whatever they want with it. We're just lucky to be the initial band behind this song. So, follow up guys!! There will be so much more!!". Ahh, if that's the case, then there's no stopping anyone to make music video out of this.
If you finished producing your version of the music video, send us your video link to nugroovetv at gmail dot com. We will feature it on our site and the world wide web! You'll never know if your video will be featured at the grand event.

So "Through My Window" is a TM stunt!
And it was obviously Bunkface! You can catch them live at their show on October 24th & 25th at 1 Utama. More info at EveryOneConnects.net.

Couple with Humanzee! Rated PG13.
Humanzee is 50% human, 50% chimpanzee. It's an outrageous show by A Good Boys Production. This show stars Sean Gunn as Humanzee, James Gunn as James, Valentine Miele as Val, Mackenzie Firgens as Penny, Jenna Haze as Bikini Girl, Mikaela Hoover as Margo and Introducing Michael Rooker as Father Flannagan. Aside from being a hilarious crazy show, Malaysian band Couple's song "Now That I Can See" was selected as a soundtrack. Now that's cool!
New music video by Project E.A.R "South East A"
Project E.A.R is a collaboration between artists from Southeast Asia with an aim to show the world their unique musical styles. Thaitanium, Pop Shuvit, Joe Flizzow, M.E.M., Saint Loco, Slapshock and Ahli Fiqir are some of the members from the collaboration group. This new video is really cool. Using square boxy rooms ala tic-tac-toe and makes it blink to the beat. That's cool. The song is cooler. Check it out.

New music video by Pop Shuvit "Oh Sizuka"
A very clever music video. Instead of the typical music video direction, "Oh Sizuka" video goes the other way around: Pop Shuvit directing a music video in a music video! And they pushed this concept by bringing back the 80s. The 80s! With the perfect pop trio (and blonde hair), it does seem funny at first when you're watching this video. But when you're about to reach the final minutes of the video, you'll see it's an interpretation of love at first sight kinda thing. You can hear DJ Uno loud.
Dichi Michi made "Through My Window". Oui?

Photo from L I ϟ A
Can it be that this new power pop punk band from Kajang is the band behind the song "Through My Window"? Their MySpace page is colorful enough to warrant me a sense of cheekyness like the song itself. Sounds almost the same. You know how people can go "digital" to improve the sound right? Maybe it's them or maybe not.
But strangely enough, a news bit from this morning says that there's pixelated images of the band behind the song. It looks like a 4 man band. Dichi Michi has 5 band members. So, it couldn't be them. Could it be...
Try & listen Through My Window again.

Found a much better "Evening News" from Jason Lo
So much better. The 1st original video was cool too, it was more artsy compared to this version. Kudos to Jason & the production crew. Who is behind this new video? Send us a tip of you know the peeps.

Hello from Shah Alam thrillers!
A group of dancers decide to thrill Shah Alam with a record breaking dance! Happening on October 25th 2009, "Thrill The World Shah Alam" is a tribute event for the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. These dancers plan to bring together the largest simultaneous Thriller dance in Shah Alam. It's a state level record, but you have to admire their willingness to break the norm. Kudos to these guys.
You can watch the event live on uStream and don't forget to mark this event in your calendar Shah Alam people! If you feel adventurous enough, create your own Thriller mob.
So you think JJ & Ean can dance? Beyonce Hotlink Dance Mob!
In conjunction with Beyonce's concert, a 6 part video tutorial has been posted to teach you how to dance like her. It's for a dance mob happening at the concert. The final dancers have already been selected, but you can still start training those moves & shake it together with Beyonce in Bukit Jalil.
As editor I'd like to apologize for the huge mistake made by our new junior writers. They've tweeted about something not true about Beyonce's upcoming concert & mislead everyone to an old article. They're still new to Twitter and made a blunder by not researching their sources properly. While these guys are being groomed, you will be entertained by the original editorial staff.
Oh Chentaku Yuna was in London a year ago
The guys from Oh Chentaku got some skills in videos. You can check out more of their stuff at onchentaku YouTube channel.
"Through My Window" by who?
There was a song this morning on Hitz.FM that I somehow end up humming to while driving to work. When I start humming to a song, it's a good song. Better believe it. But the deejay (either it was Rudy or Ean) never mentioned who the band were. Instead, he told the listeners to go to EveryoneConnects website. Huh? What's the deal here? The song that sounds oh so familiar. Green day-like, it's likely to fall under post punk, power pop genre. Hmm.
After checking out the site, they have a Facebook page, a Twitter account and a Friendster page. Wait, Friendster?
You can listen to the full song and download it for free. FREE! The lyrics is cheeky & radio friendly. I have a feeling this song will be lasting quite a while in the radio waves. It's going to be popular with teeny boppers.
Who are these guys? If you know, send us a tip to nugroovetv at gmail dot com.

Liyana Fizi "Foolish Senses" at No Black Tie
Seems like Liyana Fizi is doing her own thing apart from Estrella. With a soulful, dreamy voice & excellent on the guitar, she's bound to be falling into the pop folk genre like Colbie Caillat. You can follow Liyana on Twitter and be her fan on Facebook & Myspace.
