Everytime I travelled to neighbouring countries for business, I've always come back with new insights & thoughts on how to be progressive and a better guy who likes to do stuff. When I come back, I'd like to see my Malaysian people being progressive & objective, and of course, better in so many ways. When I came back, Caprice showed me what it means to be progressive.
I don't know how old is this kid, but I can say, he got balls to being able to make it. He has a new song in the works, a collaboration with Malaysia's rock legend, Rahim Maarof. To those who don't know who Rahim Maarof is, he's like Malaysia's very own Chris Cornell of Soundgarden. The song name is "Tuhan Tolonglah" meaning, "So Help Me God".
What I like about him is how he described about his new song. The song is about his experiences; people abandoned him when he had nothing & come back when he had something; the people he hurt & had hurt him; basically his life experience and how he learned to grow up using those experiences in a positive way. Caprice, so far, has been generating good positive vibes when I noticed him. His attitude about "doing to making it" is progressive, nonetheless impressive. I respect him for someone who is younger than me and becomes a great example of how self sustainability is important in music. Not to mention, the passion in creating your craft as a musician. And that is good dawg, you're telling a story about a KL kid down the block, who is out making it.
Let Caprice & Abang Rahim know what you think of the new song.
